Links
Here are links that I find useful for older software, hardware specifications, and other resources. If a link is broken, please let me know. I usually put the new links on top. I try to keep these links related to older computers and software, but I also add links that I just find incredibility useful of super cool.

http://www.dmine.com/dialbbs/dialbbs.htm - Current Dial Up BBS Lists, current as of November 2003
http://www.hotfiles.com/ PC Worlds file archive. They have pretty much whatever your looking for. There's no cost and the download speed is usually pretty quick. All files are local to hotfiles.com, no links, so you don't have to wait at all.
www.cnet.com - like hotfiles.com but all the files are just links to the actual files. So not all links work.
Apple Computer older software downloads page Very useful for Apple II and early Mac software.
http://fileforum.betanews.com/ - Find it, download it, and Discuss it! That's there motto. I'm new to this site. Files are local to this site, no links. Each file has users reviews (like Amazon.com) so you can see what others think before even downloading. Looks like a pretty usefull site.
The PC Technology Guide - Lots of information on PC hardware. Lots of pictures and diagrams. Very well organized. Despite it's great content, the site is pretty slow and I really don't enjoy lots of adds on web pages. And there are plenty of adds here to click on.
Understanding SCSI, this site will teach you the basics of SCSI
Webopedia The online computer dictionary - This is a modern computer reference site. Very Useful!
http://tik.cs.hut.fi/~jhuuhtan/sub/gravis.html - Gravis Ultrasound Resources, the best sound card from the mid to late 90's. If you have one of these cards, I can help you with drivers or software. I'm a gravis Ultrasound fan.

HTML GOODIES - This is the place to go for learning HTML tips and Tricks. Excellent site!
DriversGuide.Com - The place to find older hardware drivers. Lots of Pop-Ups and advertisements, site is a real pain to get stuff off of, but if you really need something, this may be your only hope. They have every driver I have ever looked for with reviews.
Zophar's Domain The NEWS & Download site for Emulators. This one has been around since the 90's. If was never actually one of my favorites, but it's outlasted most of the other longtime emulator sites and it's a pretty reliable source for news.
The Official Abandonware Ring Website - Just what the name says. They have links to all the sites in the ring, news, FAQs, search engines and more. Check it out.
Desert of Oldies - Sort of like a web ring. Their goal is to list every abandonware page on the web. They also list how many games each site has for download and other information. The list here even tells you if the site is still online or not. The best place to start if you go out looking for Abandon games.
Diskworld Online - lots of Abandonware games. Everything from the PC to the Commodore 64. They have a great selection of ROMs
www.Happypuppy.com - just a decent basic PC games site with DEMOS to download and reviews. This site has been around for a long time. It's not as good as it once was, but still a good place to read a review, grab a quick demo, or see some screen shots.
AbandonWeb find the older games for your older PC - you can pretty much find any classic PC game your looking for. This is one of my favorite sites to frequent. Lots of links to older games.
Learn C++ Here - A good C++ Tutor

eBay Vintage Computer Auction Quick Links, Here are links to the areas of eBay that vintage computer gurus will be most interested in. Vintage Amiga, Vintage PCs, Other.
Back to the roots is the best site for the PC and the Amiga Demo Scene, they have all the classic demos for download as well as the newer PC demos. I didn't know there was a modern PC demo scene before I found this site. But yeah, believe it or not, they have demos from 2002, 03, and even 04 and they work great under WinXP. They also have a large Amiga .adf section. Over 600 game disks for download, compilation game disks and more. Anyway, I've said enough about this fine site, here is the link. http://www.back2roots.org/Games/ADF-Games/O/
